Even when distancing, we can stay safe and stronger together. In this FAQ we show our solution for hearing while respecting social distancing, as well as how to use the transmitters and receivers.
Own a Personal Set of transmitter and receiver and you will be able to:
- Power on the devices
- Select a channel from 1 to 50 for both your receiver and transmitter
- Insert a microphone in the transmitter or connect another source of sound
- Plug in an earphone or headphone in the receiver for yourself
- Verify that the receiver and transmitter communicate by adjusting the sound level
When you are confined to a room put the transmitter in the living room and use a slave transmitter (red) or a receiver (orange) to listen what is being said in the living room
Place the transmitter set next to the younger people and give the receiver to the elderly person. If there is more than one elderly person, then each elderly person should use their own receiver (orange)
By purchasing the Transmitter set, you are buying a powerful set that allows duplex communication between the Master transmitter (blue) and the Slave transmitter (red). In addition, all possibilities provided by the personal set are still available to you
To be effective you will need at least one receiver (orange) in addition of the two transmitters
